Details: Bees & Trees Manuka Honey is produced out of the prized Taranaki region of New Zealand. Valued throughout the world for its wellness and healing properties, our Manuka Honey tastes great as well! Our bees forage in pristine, remote areas of Taranaki while the Manuka is flowering, and we manage 100% of the production operations. Currently selling batch 19, tested at 520 (mg/kg) Methylglyoxal; which equates to 15 on the UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) or NPA (Non-Peroxide Activity) scales. We are a closely-held honey producer with limited annual production. Our honey is produced in small batches, and each batch can be traced to its specific origin.
